Athletix Kidz is a play based Athletics programme for ages 18 months - 10 years old. Athletix Kidz endeavours to establish a robust foundation for a lifelong love of sport and a healthy active lifestyle. Athletics forms a large part of any fundamental movement which is a great platform for all sports.

Athletix Kidz (Ages 2½- 4)
We focus on building fundamental athletic skills through a range of running, jumping & throwing activities. Each session promotes confidence and skill-building in an environment where children are encouraged to thrive whilst having a blast.

Athletix Kidz (Ages 5 - 6)
We emphasise skill development through dynamic activities such as running, jumping, and throwing activities, whilst fostering teamwork. Children are encouraged to enhance their abilities, build confidence, and thrive in a fun and supportive environment.
