Athletix Kidz is a play based Athletics programme for ages   18 months - 10 years old. Athletix Kidz endeavours to establish a robust foundation for a lifelong love of sport and a healthy active lifestyle. Athletics forms a large part of any fundamental movement which is a great platform for all sports.

Athletix Academy (Ages 7 - 10)
The Athletix Academy is tailored for older children, providing more advanced coaching to refine their athletic abilities. Our programme incorporates a wide range of activities that enhance speed, agility & reaction time laying a strong foundation for any sport. This holistic approach ensures that children not only master the fundamentals of traditional athletics but also build essential skills that enhance their overall athletic performance.
